I have one doubt, we'll get license for one system, if I need to format my system, will it be possible for me to install on other machine using same key.

A: One license key of Cu3ox can be activated on maximum 2 computers at the same time.
So, you can use the same license key on your Mac laptop and Windows desktop.

There is no limit for re-installations.
